Shipping policy

During checkout, you can choose the preferred shipping speed. We offer the following shipping options:

Standard: Estimated 2-4 Days

Express: Estimated 1-2 Days

Which carrier is delivering my order?
Royal Mail in most cases. When you track your package(s), you can see which carrier is delivering your shipment. You will recieve a confirmation email that the order has been despatched. Royal Mail will pick up the delivery at 9AM or 6PM depending on the despatch time. Please allow at least 24 hours for us despatch the order. In most cases we will despatch within 3-6 hours.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday 9AM to 6PM (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders. Standard deliveries are sometimes upgraded to Express based upon order size, loyalty and postage costs so that you can recieve the product as quickly as possible.

Our preferred shipping carrier is Royal Mail but we can use a variety of shipping carriers like Evri & DPD to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.

Shipping fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.
